Main properties of Quartz:

1. Electrical and optical twins shall not be present.

2. Free from cracks and and fractures in regions to be used

3. The amount of visible inclusions per cubic centimeter,

Except in the section of seed shall not exceed the following:

a. inclusions bigger than 100µm　1

b. inclusions between 70-100µm　4

c. inclusions between 30-70µm　 8

4.Q-value

GradeA >3.0×10⁶

GradeB >2.4×10⁶

GradeC >1.8×10⁶

5.Optical homogeneity △ｎ＜５× 10⁶

6.The dimensions of the seeds in Z directions are 2mm±0.5mm.the angle deviation for seeds less than 15’.
